Great first two days at the Ancestral Health Symposium in Atlanta, Georgia! The presentations are all immensely forward thinking and very practical, with topics on digestion, sustainability, training, mental health, immune function, and lots more!
It’s a vibrant group attending here, enthusiastic and open to change. Looking at our attendees for PrimalFest, it will be no different.
I’m looking forward to sharing lots of great energy and information with my fellow PrimalFester’s!

Dr. Manske has been spending time on the property mapping out his plant walk! There are plenty of native, medicinal and edible plants to see and learn from. He is very excited for the eye-opening wander through the woodland of the Carolinian Forest nestled in the hills of the Niagara Escarpment.
The Carolinian Forest is a special habitat in Canada, home to over 70 varieties of trees, as well as countless plant, mushroom, bird, reptile and animal species. This walk is sure to be a highlight of PrimalFest!
